Shipping policy

Order Processing

·         For orders that are placed before 1 PM will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Any orders that are placed after 1 PM are processed the next day.

·         Orders are processed Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays.

Note: Orders placed after 1 PM on Saturday are dispatched on Monday.

·         You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Note: Once you receive the tracking code via email, it might take some time to be able to track on the respective website. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries!

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Areas

·         Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

·         Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

·         You can track your order using the tracking code directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

·         We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
